Instructor and Facilitator Gill Scott

Gillian is a co-founder of the brand Couragus, whose purpose is to “Bring ‘the real’ back to business so people can thrive”. As an experienced Agile coach and trainer, Gillian is happiest when educating, inspiring and motivating others, and having a bit of fun along the way. Gillian has worked with leaders and teams at organisations such as Air New Zealand and Trade Me, helping them understand and apply the mindset shifts and principles behind successful agile transformations. She continues to work with individuals and organisations that have a real desire to benefit from her broad experience and learnings in this area. Gillian’s culture work focuses on helping organisations unlock their emotional culture, so that people can be their best selves at work, and so that organisations can thrive and attract and retain great talent. Gillian’s leadership work focuses on what it means to lead with agility, how to respond rather than react, and how anyone can be a leader, irrespective of title or authority. This means helping people understand and experience the shifts needed for individuals, leaders and organisations to succeed in a complex, uncertain and unpredictable world. And by providing practical tools and techniques to help develop these skills and capabilities.
