  • 2 Hours - Uncover your personal & your teams ideal emotional culture 
  • 4 Hours - Uncover your personal & your teams ideal emotional culture, plus develop a plan to enable it
  • 12 months - Includes the 4 hour workshop, plus 4 x 2 hour workshops over 12 months, to measure progress & update the plan if needed
